Vitamins: B6, B12 and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Moreover magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and potassium contributes to normal muscle function.
Recommended Use
Mix 1 scoop of powder (25 g) with 200 ml of water. Drink 1 serving 4 times a day, drink during and after physical activity.
